Teachers know that the best way to change what’s not working in their classrooms and in education more generally is to investigate what we know, what we think we know, and what we still need to know. For this reason, the Tar River Writing Project offers Teacher Consultants the opportunity to participate in the year long Teacher Research Institute. Teacher Consultants participating in the Teacher Research Institute will be working collaboratively on different projects that directly relate to their own classrooms.
